Bad Customer service

L received the worst service at your game store on Saturday. After your financial service lady told me that the system was down, i came back 5 minutes later and found another lady who helped me. After had been in the store for more than an hour and a half l purchased stock worth R13, 5k. I then went back to the tills after sppending about 20 minutes again, the cashier ran out of till roll. cashier just stood ther until i asked what was the problem, she the informed me that it was because the till roll was finished. The supervisor came with the till roll 15-20 minutes later. No apology she continued to do her thing, after that she left me again and went to fetch another manager to overide. when my transaction was through, she took my game card and said she was going to phone, i tried to reason with her that i had just got the card and why did the first transaction go through if the card was inaactive. she did not answer me and left me standing there. i then asked to see the Store manager as i wanted to cancel the whole transaction. A lady came and took me to information and i soke to another lady there and i was told that since my transaction was reversed i wont be able to use the
