I bought clothes on my account 7006600100031526421 on 20/11/2012 and the cashier never gave my card back to me. A month later I got a call from the manager stating that an employee of the store my card and bought clothes on my account to the value of R1500 she said that they will sort it out within the week. They blocked my account because the lady still has my card, in the meantime I am responsible for making payments. I asked if the lady was arrested - no!!! She didn't return the clothes or my card. I wanted to press charges and the manager said I couldn't without a dispute nr. To this day they ignore my calls (the manger is always busy when I phone and they say the case has not been resolved) its been a month and another payment is due.
