Furniture store poor response to numerous complain

After lodging the complain regarding the 32" LCD television on 25 July 2013, I was contacted by someone
from Hello peter who wanted to have my fathers account number and id number. I told the lady who called that
I did not have that information with me at that moment and she said to call me after an hour, STILL NO CALL
BACK .I urgently need help as to get assistance on this matter because my account has fallen into arrears
