Lewis has put my account in arrears yet I always pay on time and I always ensure that I pay me, even now as we speak it has a credit balance reflecting that I am ahead with my instalments. I called them on the 31 December 2013 to correct this and they told me that in their records I am not in arrears and the is nothing they can do to help, I called again today and they refused to help me. I called Experian to help and they told me to call the branch as they are the ones who listed me in arrears or log a complain. This is really unfair Lewis has to pay for treating me like this yet I have been a loyal customer who has never missed payments
