Bad service and late delivery

Went to the Roodepoort dial-a-bed and the staff was horribly annoying - we wanted to buy a Sealy but he insisted we buy a Restonic and was really pushy so we didn't purchase anything.

Ended up buying the Sealy at the Cresta store and organised to have it delivered on Wednesday the 17th of July.By the afternoon we started phoning the warehouse to confirm what time it will be delivered - they kept telling us they would phone us back which they didn't do. I later phoned the branch where we paid for it and was told that we scheduled to have it delivered Friday, the 19th of July. Of course this is false. Really disappointed. I even told the guy that it's fine if they aren't able to make it today, at least just tell me honestly when it will arrive and instead of an apology, he just tried to pass the buck to us.

Just really disappointing.
