Phoned the Customer Experience team, quoted the reference number they supplied, 2207130113/GO, and get told this morning, its resolved? Huh? Really? No feedback and account is still blocked?
Got told, the first time I phoned, account number is invalid so why must I pay if the account number is invalid? Bunch of complete with ZERO idea how to treat clients that pay their salaries!!! I expect a manager to contact me and sort this out once and for all. The sheer incompetence is MIND-BOGGLING!!!
And please do not say you've phoned me when I don't have record of any missed calls on my phone!
