As a registered user I purchased prepaid electricity through this outlet on the Internet a number of times with no problems. On 27 July 2013 I carried out an EFT for another purchase, only to be informed by SMS that my transaction could not be processed and that I must contact Client Services at 086 11 43325. When Client Services eventually responded and answered my call (after endless waiting and numbers to be punched in), I was informed that they had nothing to do with the transaction and I must contact a completely different company of which even they could not supply me the contact details of.

Numerous attempts to contact bucksGo again failed. They did not respond to either e-mails (two, providing my full details and bank proof of payments) or telephone calls.

Warning: DO NOT MAKE USE OF PREPAID SERVICES FOR PURCHASING ANY SERVICES. You have no means of addressing any issues if they choose to ignore you and walk off with your money. This is a lesson learnt through experience.
