Staff with no product knowledge

Buying a bed is a daunting task. There are so many options at very varied price points. I went to dial a bed due to there large range of reputable brands of beds hoping to be educated on the various brands and ranges of bed. The salesman asks me how much I want to spend. I told him that I am looking at what the options are and then I'll choose. The salesman was unable to tell me anything helpful in making my decision, he had zero product knowledge. Eventually he says to me "tell me how much you want to spend, we are walking around in circles".
Now let me tell you, I could easily afford to buy any bed in the shop should I have chosen to. I wanted to make an informed decision. I want to buy which ever bed shows great value.

I left the shop without new knowledge and irritated.
