Good day,

I went to clicks to purchase my monthly cleaning products and so forth. As I got to the cashier I gave him 2 vouchers that I normally get in the post box... When finished with the ringing up of all my goods I saw that he did not include the vouchers, which added up to about R70. I consulted him and he said he forgot I will have to buy something extra, so I refused because my total was already over R700. He called the manager and she said she would have to reverse the whole purchase. What I also didn't like is, I gave my Cheque card to him and he did not ask me for a pin the purchase just went through, this is a concern? What is the purpose of the vouchers in the first place? I unfortunately cannot remember the cashiers name as I am not from JHB.
