This is more of a query not a complaint > On 12/02/2013 I took my vouchers and made a purchase at Clicks. The teller, didn't know how to use these and told me that I owe him more than the total of the vouchers, but the total of my items was less than the vouchers. On the till screen it showed balance due R7.86 and when I asked him if its due to me, he said no I need to pay him that. I didn't know the price of two items because the incorrect prices are on the shelf. According to what I was advised by another consultant, was that I needed to use all the money on the voucher as it cannot be exchanged or refunded et cetera.
