Saturday 27.07.2013 - Myself and My Wife went to game and purchased a washing machine and TV, asked them to deliver it to us at 11AM on 29.07.2013
In return the guy asked us, what time you want it delivered and we replied 11AM.
29.07.2013 - Today i call in, A guy at deliveries advises me that the drivers will only leave the warehouses by 12H30 (Should i not of being called up and updated about this)?
Then, at 15H00 i receive a call stating that my delivery will take place at 16H00.
Taking into mind that myself and my wife are at work AND had to make alternate arrangements for someone to be present for 6 hours at our home.
i AM very UNPLEASED with the delay in delivery especially after paying for it.
