I returned an electric hot water bottle that wasn't working. I did not have my slip any more but just explained to Bongi that I had bought it a few months ago and now it had stopped working, and that I had lost the slip. Without any hesitation she told me to go and choose a new one and it was replaced. Now that's what I call great customer service. No arguments, no discussion, simply keeping the customer satisfied. Not a huge amount of money involved, but what a great way to keep your customers coming back. Well done and thank you, Bongi and Dischem!
