I bought a Samsung washing machine from Makro Centurion last August, in less than a year the prints on the machine have faded off, I only clean it with a damp cloth - no detergent. Customer service from Samsung is pathetic to say the least but Makro is proving to be worse, the sales person does not provide any feedback when she promises to do so. I'm really tired and irritated with the chase. How do I use the machine when I can't see the cycles?
