I bought a 13kg toploader washing machine Samsung from Makro and it only worked for 2 months. I reported it and job no 7111960081 was obtained. Samsung claimed they have no service representative in my area Bloemhof, so I must collect the refund from makro wonderboom which is 400 km from my town. After all the wait of 3 hours plus I was helped, but I must now also took back the broken machine and drove the 800 km again. Now the costs of having my refund back and still to be without a machine is 1600 km of travel and this is now more than the cost of a new machine. I have lost double though. Samsung cant claim that they didnt have a service representitave in my area and pass the buck back to me to set it straight, Dont buy Samsung
