POOR RESPONSE TO DEFECTIVE GOODS

I purchased a refrigerator and a washing machine for R12500, plus a maintenace contract for each. Both items are defective.
Makro repaired the refrigerator after days of nagging
Two weeks later the Samsung washing machine has not been repaired.
Complaints.even to the store manager, are treated with disdain.
All I can say is never again will I buy an appliance from Makro.
