I have always paid my account via EFT and for the last couple of months my payments were not reflected on my account. I have paid my account up and my statements still reflect me owing you guys money. I made attempts to resolve this issue last month JUNE 2013.

I sent through my proof of payments and got an electronic response back notifying me that you have received my mail and Forshini will get back to me. Since my mail nothing has been done, I get a statement dated the 12/07/2013 with no reflection of my payments again.

I called Chad at your call center on the 20/07/2013 at 09h29 to resolve my issue, he was not able to help me at that point and I requested that he gets someone to call me to resolve this issue. It is now Thursday 25/07/2012 and still no response from Chad or anybody else. I called you call center today 25/07/2013 at 08h50 and after spending over 25 mins on the phone with Lucinda I have still not resolved the problem. Please listen to your recorded communication on these calls.

I am extremely irrate that nobody in your organisation takes accountability and your contact numbers on the website just rings.
