I have an account with RCS where was committed on the account, I brought it to their attention and I was advised that it will be investigated, then I was told to make payments on the account which I did up until last month May 2013, I went to Game in Promenade Mall to see if I can still use the card I was told they will issue me with a new card which they did but this is what upsets the out me, I was told on that day the 13.04.2013 that I have a ZERO Balance on the account that was being investigated as they called Head Office the account number for that account is 0518020000715386907 it was confirmed the is a ZERO balance on the account but then I got a statement reflecting a balance owing of R2, 005.13. They gave me a new card with account number 0518020000147987439 where I made a purchase which is correct and fine but now I have to pay 2 accounts which to me is daylight, PLEASE can SOMEONE from RCS contact me to resolve the issue with account where was committed because I am not going to pay that account, now I have 2 account number's that I'm suppose to be liable for and that's not happening, over my DEAD Body. RCS do your Job and resolve this matter.
