I ordered a pair of leggings for my wife.
They arrived and the leather part was damaged.
I immediately sent an email and said I would return them.
Forever Mine sent me a form to fill out and instructions on what to do.
I returned them a while later and sent the completed form to them.
Unfortunately they now say, I waited too long despite the fact that I contacted them immediately.
I don't expect a replacement, simply a refund or store credit in order to purchase something else.
