BAD ATTITUDE, PERSONAL DETAILS EXPOSED

Last week i went to the gateway forever new which i always attend and buy lots of clothes, i spend thousands of rands in the store. as i was paying a lady asked me if i wanted to join the loaylty program and it would take a few minutes which i could get discounts on. since always spending so much i took the time to fill in a almost 5minute form.
the form asked for credit card details, were i worked, what was my salary like etc.
the very next day at 8am!! i get a call from a lady saying its forever new .. still asleep as it is 8am and being muslim this has been our fasting period and sleeping at 6am i was really upset.
she asked me if she could please have a home number as the application will not go through if there is no home number. i asked her, so everyone whos fills a form has to have a home number and what if they dont have a landline, anyway i clearly stated that i do not live with my parents and she must not call this number as its just used for the application, 2hrs later she calls me on a different number of mine and i asked her how she got that number, she called my home!! then she demands bank statements and calls me 7 to 10 times i then swore her, this is sick!!!
