I opened my account online and went to Vaal Mall to collect my card on Saturday 20/07/13. When I got there I had to wait for Madam Jwalane to finish her conversation with her colleague from another department who was talking bad about a customer right in front of me (another customer- HOW PROFESSIONAL!!!). I was then told my ID book is "not right". Then she just got up and left and when came back she told me to come back during the week.
