This is not the first time this has happened.
Why does this branch have a phone because it seems NO ONE knows how to operate it.
Today i called and first time rang for over 5 Min's then someone picked up and put down, Second time rang someone said hello and then put down, third time someone answered transferred me to department and then they proceeded to pick up and put down, forth time someone picked up transferred rang for ever went back to original person who said will trf again and proceeded to put down the phone.
seriously all i want to know is how much delivery charge is because i want to buy a dishwasher and i stay within 15km (and another store has dishwasher for slightly more but they offer free delivery) so I'm trying to figure out who to purchase from but after this incident i think its clear who is the better service provider because if staff cannot even manage to answer or transfer a call then cant imagine trying to make a large purchase...
I'm complaining on Hello Peter because its not like i can call anyone there to complain
