We bought a R50000 leather suite from Rochesters. We chose a leather and made it clear from the beginning we have pets. They promised that the leather we chose was the best for our circumstances and that the cushions is made of a high density foam and will not go soft. When they delivered there was a mark on the arm. We immediately indicated it on delivery form. It took them 2 months to pick up the suite but by this time we realized that the set was not as promised. The cushions were flat and leather looked in a terrible state and the leather was also starting to discolor where we sat. (this leather was also the most expensive leather by the way)
Dante (relations manager) did phone me back but told me there was cat hair everywhere (we don't even have a cat) and the set looked very bad. You are wrong Dante it doesn't look bad it looks HIDEOUS. I don't care about the pet hair. I care about the wrong leather and sagging cushions! In the meanwhile we are paying for a suite we don't have. Nobody is getting back to us to resolve this matter. We would like a new suite with the right leather for our circumstances and high density foam as we were led to believe or a full refund.
