Still no feed back from woolies
Good Day
I have went to woolies as per below e-mail and the store manager was not available and I have spoken to the manager by the name of Thembani who promise to log a call as I have given him my bank statements, and it has been almost 3 weeks now and my query have not been resolved. Can I kindly get an ombudsman e-mail address as this is totally unacceptable and very frustrating for me, the woolies that I have went to is the one in Johannesburg kerk street
