Hi Zando

This is now a complaint of a complaint... a definate first for me...

Thank you for contacting me re: my complaint (Pathetic). I am however still waiting for Roxzan to make contact as promised AND Zando to call... AND the courier to collect.

I have now given up on our struggle... will you please come and collect your boot and will you please process my refund so we can officially cut all ties.
