I've opened an account with mr price towards te end of last year and I went there knowing that I'd build a soild relationship with them. Recently I skipped my FIRST installment because, not that I didnt want to pay but because I had issues that I needed to atend to. I called these and told them that I had a sitation which would result in me skipping an installment. What makes me more furious is the stupid consultant agreed with me that I pay double the installment at the end of this month with the interest included. Guess what happens from the last time i spoke with this consultant? I get called by 6 different people asking me the same thing, "when will you pay ma'am". Don't your consultants write down what clients say? Dont you guys spread the word to your other colleagues? Don't you have recordings and play them to one another? and all this over ONE installment that was mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Mr Price, just a fair message to you..I am going to pay the remainder of what's left and cancel everything I have with you. I am apalled at the way you handled this situation. And oh, hire people who can speak fluent english please.!!!
