MONEY TAKEN FOR AN ACCOUNT I DONT HAVE

I ordered a tablet which was sold to me with a totally different price structure when it arrived. First I was advised my installment would stay the same and when the tablet arrived 6 weeks later I was told i would pay an additional R244 per month. The tablet also didnt work and I called them on the day it arrived to say it was not working. They collected the tablet and took ages to call me back to advise the situation. I had in the mean time called customer services a day or two after they had collected the tablet and told them I want to cancel the deal and that they must cancel the account. This was within the 7 day exchange. At the end of the month they deducted R250 off my account for an item I dont have. I also have calls from them on a daily basis demanding where their money is for the installment? i called today to ask what going on and they say the item hasnt been scanned back into the warehouse yet??? Please help me sort this out. this is a nightmare.
