I called over three 3 times at Shoprite in Elloff street on 011 220 1600 as well as 011 220 1602 just so I can make an arrangement to transfer money in their money market as I will not be able to stand the que due to transport problems, they made me run around all those switch boards with no assistance and the Store Manager Thembela was unavailable. I then proceed to call 021 980 4000 which is the head office branch I think in Pretoria, i called there over six 6 times no assistance they drop the phone, they make me hold for over 10 minutes then disconnect. I would recommend so many other money market stores then SHOPRITE it is the worst, your services are appalling. I would appreciate it if they do not call and make pathetic excuses for themselves. I will advice any and everyone to use anything else besides SHOPRITE. So upset with this store and all those uninformed workers i had the horror of speaking to.
