On behalf of the Shoprite supermarket chain, I would like to apologise for your bad experience.
The process as explained to you by the call centre is correct and will have to be followed. Unfortunately Shoprite cannot supply any information, this must be requested by the investigating officer by means of a subpoena 205 to Roelien Botha at Capitec Bank.
Please supply me with Ms Roelien Botha contact details: Telephone & e-mail to send the required Subpoena 205 document.
This is with regard to the money through Money Market Transfer deposited on 04 September 2013 at Shoprite Van Der Walt Street, Pretoria Central. M13090457970941
