Was calling to find out what my blood pressure test would cost. Thulani inappropriately shut me off as i was talking to him and he put me through to the same line that I was trying to explain to him that the Sister at the Clinic was not answering her phone.

For a good fifteen minutes I was continuously trying to get through to the sister who was apparently there just fro lunch but was not answering her phone. Thulani eventually went to speak to her ad she thereafter answered her phone.

I do not carry cash so I just wanted to know how much the blood pressure test cost so that I would be able to pay for it once there. Could it be so much trouble?
