Claiming a refund on Shoprite Money market

I transferred an amount of R 2000.00 for my mother who resides in Newcastle, it was supposed to be received by my sister but she never did. My money was withdrawn by someone in Ulundi at 12:05 which was two hours after I did the transfer. I was told by the West street branch's Admin Manager Mr Henry after fighting him because he was refusing to co-operate with me, he gave me a run around until I went to Shoprite's division with a letter of demand. I spoke to the Division's Financial Manager Mr Martin Lourens who said he will do something about this he's glad I brought it to his attention and that he will call me later on that day however when he called told me he told me that there's nothing he could do... then asked for my sister's ID number which gave me the impression that he's trying to frame my sister. I asked him the following day what he wants to do with my sister's Id number, since Cape Town branch have all the information regarding the person who withdrew my money, he told me that he's doing an investigation. I've opened a case of I'm still awaiting feedback. I would like to be refunded my money and the perpetrator goes to jail I'll never use Shoprite's money market.
