R1500 lost in Shoprite Money Market

I made a deposit of R1500 through money market, Shoprite KwaMhlanga branch. The deposit was for my cousin in Daveyton. That was in May. The money was lost as the intended recepient was told it had already been withdrawn. I opened a case with SAPS, which also told me that with no suspect they could not do anything.
I asked Shoprite this question: since we are required to use ID copies upon deposits and withdrawals how come they cannot trace the person who withdrew my money? I was not assisted. It is only in November, 7 months later since I lost my money, that the KwaMhlanga brach could tell me that my money was withdrawn at Kwagga Plaza. And this information I got only because I kept pestering the branch for help. I went to Shoprite Kwagga and there I was told they cannot tell me who withdrew my money.
But then Shoprite, I want my money because you promised me security of transfer, and I do suspect inside lawlessness and on the part of your officials. It must have been collusion and Shoprite needs to investigate this matter to my satisfaction and give me back my money. My ref: m13051407050465.
