I am totally sick and tired of this my husband has purchase a chain for me in december 2011 that chain didnt even last two months it broke we have been sending it for repairs and it broke again we have sent in in again and up till now we have not received it, its disgusting .everytime we went for the chain there was something wrong with it, it was never right .its really irrirating me cause it was a gift and i hardly used the thing.the people in the store gives a cause its not they money and stuff .we have paid cash for it not like we owing youll money .now i have really had enough with this disgusting service.
