Good Day
As per previous posting/complaint, I went to the store on 24.08 and spoke to Soraya. She then told me that I had to return the pendant and bear before she could exchange the chain. She checked the system & found one at Tygervalley. She promised call me as soon as it was there. As I has still not hear from her I went in today. She did not remember that she promised to get the replacement, and checked the system again. She has now promised to get it during next week. In the meantime she gave me a gift card for the R 449.00 which I paid. When my husband asked her what I would have to pay for the replacement, she said that I would have to pay full price of R 599.00. I really don't see shy I have to pay extra when all she had to do was exchange the chain (there is nothing wrong with the pendant).
Soraya called on Tuesday - the chain has arrived and is R 599.00.
I refuse to pay the full price!!!
