We went into the pep at northmead mall we waited 10 mints for the personal to assist use they were very very rude so finally when they noticed us we wanted to buy airtime they said we do not have change and they cant help us so we went to pick and pay where they assisted us with a smile i will never set my foot in that store again!!!
