Instead of complaining all the time I would like to thank Pick n pay in somerset mall for really exeeding my expectations at their customer service desk on Saturday 2 feb.as I was returning a item. I'm not sure of the names of the 2 consultants that assisted me. I think it was gerwin and Liezel... really not sure.
They have a excellent friendly attitude, like they really wanted to be there. Refreshing for a change as normally you get cashiers watching the clock ever 30sec.
It made me want to come back to the store again. Pick n pay management must really award them. Just wish I could remember their names
