Poor service at FNB Northmead Square

I walked into the bank shortly before 13:10 this afternoon planning to deposit a Barclay's Bank cheque. I started in the teller's queue and was told that Mary the Forex lady was not there today I need to see one of the consultants at the services/ products and that any of them will be able to assist with the deposit. So I went and sat down. One person after the other got up and walked out in the time the clients were waiting to be helped, but I sat and waited. Eventually I got to a consultant and who was not willing to assist and she phoned 'Pricilla' to assist me. Pricilla was apparently busy and would only be able to see me in another couple of minutes. It was 13:55 and they expected me to wait another 3 minutes to see a third person!!! I eventually left, not having deposited the cheque, very disappointed in Northmead branch and wasted almost an hour of my busy day... I live in Beyerspark, Boksburg. I could have gone to Eastrand Mall branch or Lakeside Mall branch, but I chose to go to Northmead Square where I always thought I received good service...
