Continuous to my face and breaking promises

I purchased a lounge suit cash R12600 on 12th April. Goods were delivered and the table as well as 1 of the cushions were damaged. I contacted the store the following day and I was promised a call back which never materialized. I then called back to the store a week later and spoke to Cesswell and 1 of the managers, they advised that they are out of stock and will contact the head office to find out when they will receive stock and let me know. Once again this phone call never came. I then went in to the store twice to go and complain and find out what was happening i then spoke to Cesswell again and he promised to sort it out. He promised I would have my new table and cushion for the latest by the end of June, it is now nearly the end of July, 3 months later and I still haven't heard from them again. I have a lot of patience but honestly I never feel to do business with Morkels again. It has costed my personal airtime to constantly phone back and my petrol to drive and most importantly my time! I am honestly disgusted as my family has a long record with Morkels. I guess this is where our loyalty stops. All I want is the proper goods that I have paid for. Not broken stuff. Jeff!!!
