Went to Northmead Square sterkinekor this weekend. Firstly was given the wrong change. Then wrong seats asked for Ilse seat but was given seats against the wall. As a platinum plus member I think it is highly unfair that we pay exactly the same as all other members. We worked hard to get our platinum plus status but no special treatment reserved for us all other companies value their loyal clients. then also to be treated like u r and not well
very disappointed with both sterkinekor northmead and festival mall both have gibe us many many problems wrong seats wrong change rude behaviour by staff is this because we are white??? makes u wonde
