PAYMENT NOT REFLECTING ON STATEMENT

On the 29/06/2013 I went to return items bought and pay my account at Edgars Festival Mall. On the 09/07/2013 I received a call from Edgars telling me my account was in errears as I did not pay and threatning SMS the next day which was the 10/07/2013. The same day I went to Edgars Menlyn with the receipt as proof of payment and that my account was up to date. I spoke to a lady called Gloria who made copies and took my number promising to rectify and call me the next, which obviously never happened. I then received another SMS threatning me of being listed as a slow payer, I sent an email to their Head Office and someone called me to say it has been rectified. To my horrow I received my statement and neither the amount of the returned item or my payment is reflected. Interest is charged on the incorrectly as it is charged on the amount before the returns and my payments which amounts to - R1600. i do not know what to do any more. Please assist as I want the interest to be recalculated on the correct amount as well. It is not my fault that the amounts are not reflected. I am totally disgusted by the way they are handling this issue.
