I had ordered three different brands of cloth nappies to test at Doodlebums. When I had decided on the brand I wanted, I ordered a full-time pack. However, that supplier offers two different kinds and I seemed to have ordered the wrong kind. Amanda double-checked with what I had ordered before, asked which one I wanted and then changed the order accordingly. When the order arrived, I noticed that one item was missing. Apparently, the supplier - Mother Nature Products - doesn't offer this item with the full-time pack anymore, but they had forgotten to update their website. Thanks to Amanda's query, they are now going to accommodate me and will send me this item anyway. I'm very thankful, because there are not many service providers who really care for their customers and set things right.
