On 29 June I ordered a venetian blind through Thelma at Makro Woodmead. She told me it would take 10-15 working days (also says this on the sales order no 40036), I would be contacted when it arrived and could arrange for the free installation that was included.
I called on 18 July to enquire where my blind is. I spoke to Terence who told me it was not there, and he would ask Thelma to find out and get back to me that afternoon. Nothing. On Saturday 20 July - the 15 days now passed, I phoned and spoke to Rian, asking him for a refund. He asked me to wait just until Monday morning when the supplier is back and it could be sorted out. He promised that Reggie would be in contact with me. Monday has now passed and I have still heard nothing. I left a message for Rian this afternoon which was not returned either.
I now require the refund please. I have not received the goods for which I paid in full in the time frame specified, and from a CPA perspective the terms of the sale are no longer valid. I have another supplier who can make the blind for me within a week. I'll rather deal with them - better service and they do return calls.
