I ordered a corner couch from Mr Price Home who told me it would take 2 weeks to deliver. So I patiently waited for two weeks. I was then told they can only deliver on a Monday, so I organised for my younger brother to be there while I was at work. Not once did they phone to let me know of a time. Regardless of me phoning them to find out where they were. They eventually arrived at my flat in Newlands at 16:00, bare in mind my brother had been waiting there for them since 11:00 am. Once they arrived they refused to carry the couch up the one flight of stairs, which is not narrow. After forcing them to carry it up the stairs they simply just left it on the veranda. And now expect me, a small female to carry it in on my own. So now it sits on my balcony, covered in plastic. As I am unable to move it. When placing the order I had told them it would require one flight of stairs. They had no problem with it. I am horrified and completely upset, and feel terrible my brother or anyone who has to wait would go through that!!!
