I am so not impressed with Makro right now

2 months after purchasing a Samsung microwave from Makro Cape Gate it went faulty. I did the logical thing and took it to Makro on January 19. They promised to take it in to supplier and promised I will have a response in 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks lapsed and I still hadn't heard anything from them, I then went back to Makro and spoke to a lady called Ja... ne, who promised to call me back on Monday the 4th. She kept her word and called me back on the 4th of March to tell me that the supplier says the microwave is not repairable and she would call me the followind day on the 5th of March to inform me about my credit. She never called me until I went back to Makro on Sartuday the 09th of March, she told me exactly what she had told me on the Monday.

I bought my microwave from Makro and not from Samsung or any other supplier. I have not had a microwave now for 2 months. Does Makro even care? When the 6 weeks lapsed I had to take my precious time and go check on them and they still do not seem interested in getting me my microwave.

I might never ever ever ever buy from Makro again. I would rather pay more than being taken for granted...
