Builders warehouse has a service offered to have blinds installed via i presume a subcontractor mtm. On 23 June i paid my call out fee to have rooms measured... the installers it was promised will call me within the week for an appointment... a week later I contacted builders warehouse to be notified that they will ensure an installer will get back to me... no luck... three days later i spoke to the client service manager Andre... a mtm sales person contacted me to ensure that an installer will contact me... today is the 10 of july, no service, big advertising... bad reputation... sigh
