Waiting 14 days for refund unacceptable!!!

I Ordered stuff off [URL Removed] on Monday it arrived Tuesday no problem quick delivery, but the i saw in the box and it was not what i thought i ordered so i requested them to collect the parcel again which would cost me R55 of my refund which was cool with me. they only collected the parcel on Friday and i was told that i now need to wait 14day for a refund this is the email i received today SEE BELOW now i feel this is not acceptable as they take the money immediately and they have the goods back in sealed boxes and now i must still wait for them to refund me in 14 day what a load of BS!!! i want my refund before the end of this week! i understand that it was a blind box but was the person packing the box blind??? Quick to take our money but slow to give it back.
