I am quite disappointed in the frequency with which promotional material and vouchers are being sent. I can't remember the last time that I did receive anything from Clicks Clubcard. It is most definitely not in the last 5months. And when I do actually receive anything it is a week after the promotion has passed. This is not a very good way to keep in contact with clients if they aren't aware of promotions or benefits. My mother also belongs to you and has received three correspondences in comparison to me who has not received anything. This is very unacceptable.
