Good day, I bought a brackberry 9320 / vodacom cell from Makro Bloemfontein in September 2012. After a few weeks a white error screen came up. Took it to Makro Crown Mines, phone was taken in and new software loaded. Phone worked for 2 weeks and then same screen came up again. Makro crown mines refused to replace phone, I was then directed to vodacom repairs Cresta, I have been there 3 times and same screen has come up. What do I do now?
I've spent R2500 on phone and I trust vodacom network.
Please direct me to correct channel? I have misplaced slip, but can prove with credit card statement.
