There comes a time when you just had enough. I have been a customer for a long time and spend a lot of money with the Edcon group. When Fica started i sent in the documents required but attached the incorrect proof of address. Eventually when the message came my way iv`e resend the document by fax, email (to the above person's and [Email Removed] I've also handed it in at Zevenvacht Tygervalley and Capegate branches and still there is a block on my account. I have called numerous times and every time they tell me it will take 48 hrs to be unblocked.

Iv`e had enough of pathetic service and ignorance. The know what they can do with my account...!!! I will pay my final instalment and never use them again
