I would like to lodge a complain about the security and the staff members of meltz clothing store in kya sands. The big sign on the door displays business hours 9h00- 17h00, as i parked my car seeing that the shop closes at 17h00 i rushed out to the shop, the staff members just banged the door on our faces asking the security guard to quickly lock the door. It really felt bad that in such a way that staff members would just turn away business and not even look at me in the eye and explain to me politely. As a business man myself i was really disgusted about the bad service that is just dished out to consumers, and how people easily forget the state of jobs in our contry that we are facing, they have forgetten how it was to get the very job at meltz. The security personeel, he was just arrogant about it. Hoping that fidelity security gets to read about it.
