I am being charged for statement letters and phone calls. I called Zinhle on the costumer service number they have advised on my statement, quering my account. Zinhle advised that they are not charging for letters and calls, and later she called her senior who then said they do charge . 2 different stories from the employees of the same company. Odd.
I went to the store in Pretoria, Thorntree Complex and they advised that they were not aware that the clients have to pay for statements letters. One other thing I was subscribed for Jet/save/music/sim club fee which I never agreed on. why?
